(LiveHacking.Com) – A group of hackers going by the name of Teampoison (TeaMp0isoN) has used Pastebin to publish over 100 login credentials (with passwords and email addresses) for staff members of the UN, particularly members of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
According to Sausan Ghosheh the Chief of External Communications at UNDP the agency believes the attack targeted an old server form 2007 which contained no active passwords. She went on to say that “The UNDP found [the] compromised server and took it offline.”
Teampoison say they targeted the UN because it is being used to “facilitate the introduction of a New World Order.” The hackers also underlined the fact that several of the accounts had no passwords.
The group also taunted the UN’s “security experts” by challenging them to discover how the team broke into the server:
// The question now is… how?… We will let the so called “secutiy experts” over at the UN figure that out. . . .
—— Have a Nice Day….-
This isn’t the firs time the Teampoison hackers have made the headlines. Previously they have defaced the RIM Blackberry blog in the wake of the London riots, and have published private information about Tony Blair.
